The service was appalling. The workers didn't seem too clued up on the menu and we basically had to service ourselves, as the waitrons (or whatever the bunch of people who were loitering by the counters were) did nothing to assist. I understand it was holiday season, but good service still counts.
Oh and that round bread loaf that comes with the full chicken, needs to be scrapped from the menu. It's terrible and very dense.

The service there is excellent. You enjoy your meal with nice chilled music.

Great service and friendly staff however it's not an ideal lunchtime spot during weekdays as it gets quite full and orders take longer than usual. I suggest ordering well in advance (between 11:45 - 12:05) via telephone or online (for collection) to avoid waiting for food during the lunchtime rush hour.

In terms of food - it's Nando's. If you like Nando's, you love it here as well.

I dislike the fact that there are limited number of plugs, so you can't catch up on some work over lunch or in the afternoon while waiting for the traffic to subside (you have to watch wait for people to leave the tables with plugs).

Toilets also get locked and you have to constantly ask for the key.

An on three occasions, my orders came missing:
- no ice tea,
- no spiced rice
- and no livers and drinks
(all of a sudden it becomes your responsibility to check contents).

It's okay if you plan to just eat and leave or get take aways. Of you want to use the spot to catch up on some work, rather go elsewhere.
