Than you for the awesome service we received. The Emergency Department truly have professional and compassionate staff. A special thank you to all and especially Sister Bronner, your calm, professional and friendly manner kept us calm during our ordeal. My wife went in for a operation last week and the experience was surreal. The hospital staff overall was well presented and friendly. We want to give a special thanks to Marnus the cleaning Manager and Alex the catering Manager from Empact Group who came around on a daily basis following up if everything is still up to standard. The effort the two gentlemen made had such an impact that I had to single them out. Their company should be proud to have such a professional team.

We had to rush our 15 month old baby boy to the casualty ward on the 8th of May. The hospital staff assisted us immediately and we didn't have to wait to be helped. The nurse who took his vitals was so helpful and caring towards him. Doctor Van Graan who assisted us was very thorough. Thank you Pretoria East Hospital and staff for taking care of our baby in the early hours of the morning. We would definitely recommend the hospital.

What a caring healing and professional 4 days I experienced in ward 14! Thank you to the staff of whom Catherine Siya Jacques Zandile Lerato are a few of the names of an exceptional team of nursing and cleaning staff stand out.
From admittance to theatre that is another thank you, back to the ward I was treated with expert care. Compassion and kindness. Netcare PTA east the staff of ward 14 orthopedic were ALL so excellent. They deserve every accolade as best staff amongst hospitals. Thank you for helping my hip heal. God bless you and fortunate are those placed in your care!
