We had a very annoying experience. We paid R10 for our parking ticket, for some reason it didnt register, got the the boom and experience an extremely rude lady in a uniform (this usually makes them the “boss”) Mogadi, she refused to open and implies we didnt pay. If the machine has got an techinical issue, not the clients problem. We were in a hurry, but got told to go to the parking office . We then went to centre management offices, not a single soul there to help….then we went to the parking office where we encountered yet another rude “lady”…. She kept on saying yes but it doesnt say paid on the ticket, but the more we explained that we did pay, the more she had an attitude and at some point refused to speak to me further. In the end after all that she said she will open when we get to the boom. Whatever happened to service….oh yes I forgot “madam” is wearing a uniform,,,,UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED, will never set foot in that centre again
