From the checking in it was bad, according to the hostess Ingrid I booked for 5 people, so when I acknowledge the mistake, she confronted me very poor, in person she told me I can pay the next day, but when I sent her a sms in regards of the extra room she insisted that I should pay the same night. The Saturday she had a problem with our meat in the fridge, which we asked her employees if my mum can use the fridge which was confirmed by Ingrids husband, then she confronted us rudely about our meat in the fridge. Which is so unprofessional in that same breath she asked if my daughter can swim because the pool is deep, while we were 24/7 by the pool. This was the horrible service ever and this was not my first time that I have been visiting a guest house.She even reminded us that departure time is at 10h as if we were not aware. I feel like I was at my own house and not at a guest house. The place it self was very very good and neat and tidy but the hospitality was very poor.
