The service is really the star of the show at this Hotel. The staff is really excellent. They do their best to ensure that guests are comfortable and satisfied. We had breakfast and the food was good. The location of the Hotel is extremely dodgy, but once you get past what it looks like on the outside, you will be pleasantly surprised by how nice it is on the inside.

We loved our stay the rooms are very clean, bedding neatly dane, walk ways are clean an quiet. The brake-fast was delicious, variety of food to choose from… the Bar is well equipped.

The Hotel is very beautiful and the service was great, however, my partner and I were unimpressed about the cockroaches. They really put us off, and we saw that on one of the reviews someone complained about the same issue, so this means that it has not been sorted, and because of this I don't think we'll ever go back nor recommend it to anyone.

The food is nice. But it can be true buffet as they dish for you. Improve the conference room to include breakway rooms for the delegates.

What are beautiful hotel, very early accessible. mall around the building. The hotel is very safe inside, their client safety is their priority. I love it
