We ordered the chicken and chips meal and yhoooo the chicken was old, hard and overcooked. Nastiest chicken I've ever tasted.

Ordered a cocktail but it never arrived for like an hour and when it did, it was a wrong order.

The vibe was nice though but a lot can ve done to improve the service...

My first and last time visiting Rhapsodys Sunnyside. We ordered cocktails and waited for about half an hour, when they finally arrived the glasses were so filthy I was so disappointed. I've been to restaurants before, but have never experienced what I did last night, we were also hungry and wanted to order food but for hygienic reasons we decided to eat elsewhere.

Great place and friendly staff, There is a need to improve on the waiting time . Our food orders took very long to prepare .

I definitely cannot get enough of this place. Great music, great food and a nice vibe. Not to mention the always friendly Waiters. Jeff, Eugene, Freeman and Ernest are the best. They always make sure I have a great time there

I have been to all the Restaurants but I have never got the Top class Service like the One I got from Jeff today .this guy is amazing.am coming back again and again this is my new home
