Swimming pool always warm , friendly staff, Kauai shop inside, steam rooms and child friendly

Friendly and helpful staff. Equipment seems to be in a good condition. Dressing rooms are clean.

Was only there to view the gym.

I certainly understand how frastrating it can to have first hand experience with customers (daily) , recently moved there and Ayanda was so helpful while head office was giving me headaches. Appreciate your customer service ( findng solution ????????)

Safe parking, and if your on level 3 of the parking you walk directly into the gym, always clean, and machine are well taken care of and repaired in time.
