Roman's Pizza Brooklyn

We always order from this Roman's and have always had awesome service and pizza.... But lately it has been terrible! The staff can't follow instructions, I asked tonight to please have my order ready by 19h50 and not to make it to early so that it is still warm, well we just got ice-cold pizza that looks and tastes like it was made yesterday... The last while the pizza is either burnt or has zero toppings or is cold. .. I see the other reviews are similar and the owners don't take the time to answer either. Maybe time to find another pizza place..

I haven't been here much but the few times i have been the staff was real rude .they dont greet properly and they stare you out of your clothes i felt very uncomfortable buying a pizza .

Absolutely chaos, waited close to 45 minutes for 2 pizzas. And no matter how often you ask they just ignore you

Located just about a 100 meters West of the Brooklyn Mall in Pretoria, the Roman's Pizza is a good place to order pizza. It is not always congested and there is reasonable parking space. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is also sufficient space to sit and just enjoy your pizza there. WHAT more, you can order online if in the City of Pretoria geographical location and Take-a-Lot /Mr. D or Uber eats may deliver your pizza fresh and hot to you.

Ordered Roman's for the first time in years - noisy connection when I called the order number (Hatfield branch did not pick up at 7pm on a Saturday), waited an hour for the pizza, delivery driver was friendly but had gotten lost (not sure why the franchise/franchisee can't equip their staff with Google maps). The pizza was cold, beware that the 2 for 1 special does not apply on weekends and not after 15:00 in the week. It was a below average pizza from a below average shop, it's a pity (at least the avo was fresh; not sure what pressed beef is).

Ordered two Pizzas not so long ago, they look like they've been kept for the longest tume, they have no taste, some of the parts of the pizza are burnt, and the veges used on these pizzas look really old
