We stopped by on a Sunday evening after watching a movie at the mall. It was late and there were not many people around but the staff were welcoming and incredibly friendly and helpful.

The food was delicious. I love Pizza and was pleased to find an option where they cut a hole in the middle of the pizza (still delicious - just a little less quantity) and fill the gap with a delicious salad. My son went for the full pizza option and it was delicious.

Definitely worth a visit when in the area.

I've only went two times to this restaurant . The first time I was impressed with the service although the Lasagna was not available. The dishes lack a bit of flavor .
On the 2nd visit the Lasagna dish was available but it was just a slab/block which was microwave heated and burned crust at the bottom. Not to mention it didn't taste great. The service was also different, the waiter didn't not greet nor introduce himself.

On the budget fine dining experience. The food is impeccable especially if you are looking for Italian cuisine. The waiters are well trained and absolutely professional. The vibe is like a light bustle. Exquisite aesthetics. Really can't fault them.

Great food. Nice atmosphere. Unfortunately they dont have heaters outside in winter when it's really cold. Also, we noticed the food prices were a bit expensive compared to other similar places. So we wont visit again soon due to this. Bit all round a great place. No real complaints other than value for money.

Our Waitrose Queen was absolutely wonderful and helpful. She knew the menu very well and was able to offer suggestions. Only issue is that apparently you can't choose steak rarity for some items and they do not have some essential condiments.
