Really enjoyed their 'Date Night' special. Good value for money with a 3 course meal and bottle of wine. Good portions and fresh tastes made each dish an experience. Our friendly waiter was attentive but was a bit overwhelmed at the end as the venue started to fill up and became very, very busy.

I’ve never been so disappointed as disgusted as I was with my order from Portugalo as I was yesterday. We normally eat in and their food is always outstanding.

Yesterday we ordered take away and all I can say is wow- and not in a good way.

The round potato chips were raw and prepared with old oil. The sardines we not fresh, we’re falling apart but the worst part was they were not cleaned and gutted before they were cooked.

We were served sardines with their guts still intact! ????

I only give a 5* review when it is deserved. This restaurant deserves it! "Quick lunch" was definitely worth it. I hope more people visit, regularly. Everything was sparkling clean and the interior is beautiful. And the food perfect.

Had the lovely pleasure of dining in this restaurant for lunch. Beautiful atmosphere. The staff is quite friendly. Wonderful place for solo and couples dates. They have a date night special running which comprises of a three course meal and complimentary bottle of wine for only R390 per couple

Had a quick stop for lunch and was pleasantly surprised!! The food was good the service great! Will definitely be back to try out more from the menu

Holy moly! What a lovely experience. This is our second visit in 2 weeks and we chose to come back a second time because of the wonderful food and experience we had the first time.

First time we had the sirloin and chicken liver lunch special. So delicious! This time we had the half chicken and calamari, just as special.

What really blew our minds was the Trinchado starter. My oh my... If sauce could taste like perfection... This is it.

Last time, my husband had the lime mousse for dessert and it was one of the reasons we came back, because I was dreaming about it! He had the chocolate mousse this time and it was made properly with cream and melted chocolate. Just a wonderful experience.

Great service from Bongani and Faith! Will definitely come again.

Ps.... I hear they are refreshing the menu! Tempt me not!!!

A great meal, warm atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommend the calamari and the custard tartlets.
