Absolutely atrocious service. After a failed delivery last year (they "forgot" my order) I foolishly opted to give them another chance today. My order was not delivered, with the claim that I was unreachable when they came to deliver and yet no effort was made to contact me. I have also received no refund nor feedback on my request for one.

Can I Rate less then 1? today at 12:45 I tried to place an order online. after each attempt to make a card payment it keeps bombing out. So I decided to rather call in and to order A lady answers saying the gentleman taking the orders is out she will take a message and call me in 30 min when he comes back. I decided to try to place another online order this time selection the pay in cash option. I got an email saying my order is received and that i'll receive another one to confirm 20 min later I get an Mail saying my order was canceled because no one attended to it. I was disgusted and decided to order 23 on Hazelwood on uber rather. Within 30 min I got my order and after eating a guy from Sandwich baron shows up with a Wrap. I was furious and I told him I will not be paying for that he can take it back.

Extremely terrible service. Delivery takes up to two hours (and still counting) from Lynnwood to Garsfontein. This is not the first time we ordered from here, but will definitely be the last. This place sucks, would've rated zero stars if possible

Food delivery was two hours late, half the order was wrong (They replaced the only vegetarian meal in the order with a meat meal) and they forgot the drinks. By the time half of us could actually sit down to our meals the bread was soggy and all in all just disappointing. The other Sandwich Baron branches have always been on point so first and last time ordering from this branch.

Update: I got the worst food poisoning I have ever had from this meal, spent my entire weekend in agony and am now waiting to be helped at a hospital. Seriously, **** you guys!
