The Restaurant has no formality, considering their dining furniture. But was impressive was the service and food quality. Sunday was Father's day and I ordered fish and calamari and was informed that they have not in stock. I had to change my mind and ordered something else. There is no coffee or tea on the menu, and that was disappointing. But alcohol, wine, beer and cold drinks was available. It has an open concept structure, and this gives a negative impression. The food is well cheaper as other restaurants and that's that. I am not impressed with the inside image of this place.

We went as a group of friends and really enjoyed it. Friendly staff and good service. The food is really nice and not too expensive. I would also recommend the chips, they are amazingly crispy.

They are not child friendly at all. I had to change my toddler's diaper in the car. Furthermore, the restaurant does not have a play area that is worth visiting. If you have children, this is a hard pass.The food took forever to arrive and when it finally did, it was cold and dry. I would not recommend. Two stars are generous.

We were very disappointed. The place has deteriorated terribly in the last 3 months. The prices are still reasonable, but the quality of the food is not as good. Sauces for schnitzel and steak are watery and tasteless. The maintenance of the place is not up to date, actually neglected. No soap in the ladies toilets and the hand dryer is out of order; no paper towels avaible either. The men's hand dryer also out of order, apparently for several weeks now. No owner or manager was on site to discuss.

The food was amazing and the service was better than I have ever experienced. Maria is such an amazing waitress, can not wait to get back. Will be asking for her everytime!

It was my first visit ever to Zappas. I have heard so many good things about it and wanted to experience it myself.
It is true. It is a very nice relaxing atmosphere. The play area for the children is also great. Safe parking is a big plus.
The food, the service prices, friendly staff was great. Well enough to visit again. Unfortunately it is not close to where I stay to visit more frequently.

Ok. Used to be super. Poorly managed. Eisbein was 60% fat and coleslaw was off. Chicken was good on my braai the next day. Staff ears are blocked and cares more about the tip than service.
Cutlery was clean. Kids area is comfortably seperated from smokers. TV's everywhere. Nice vibe.
