In an imperfect system where a firearm license takes more time than it should. It was a absolute pleasure to do my application via Brooklyn Police station. The ladies there where friendly, helpful and made the experience much more pleasant than expected. I am sure they had a mountain of applications after amnesty ruling but thanks to you Nancy, Katie and team.

This Situation right now at Brooklyn Station right now. Haai!!I have been in the queue for more than an hour. The queue is very long. Only one police woman is taking statements! She has been busy with one client for more than an hour. One policeman said he is not helping anyone. The other policeman left us waiting in the queue because he was going for lunch. I am shocked at the appalling service provided. I have been here before and have never seen anything like this. WHAT'S HAPPENING MZANZI!!!!

I have been living in Pretoria for 20 years now. During that time I have had to deal with various Police Stations. I wish they were all as good as Brooklyn. I have never walked out of Brooklyn not having experienced good, friendly service. Thanks to you and well done. My most recent experience was with the firearms department. Quick, efficient, friendly and competent service. Its a pleasure being there. Well done!!

Handed in my SAPS 2022/2023 intake application at Brooklyn station only to enquire and find out after the closing date that they never even captured my application.

Great service today, i found a lady who was not in uniform, she said she is on leave but was running around working with passion, if only the rest of the SAPS was like her. This country would be great again.
