I have been having trouble with the pressure of one of my wheels. I've been to a couple of Garages for air and the service has been the same. Today was different, the attendant took water with soap, washed the wheel, and checked for spikes. Another attendant came and politely asked if I could move forward a bit, so that they can check further. They really did their best to offer help.
This is how customer loyalty is maintained, through great service.

Greatest Experience! Whoever said Customer Service does not exist anymore, have obviously not been to this Gas Station! Just stopped there and asked to top up my tyres with air, and went inside to buy something. Came out and was informed that two tyres were low. The attendant had then taken soapy water and checked the tyres for leaks, found three nails and proceeded in fixing them! When I tried to pay for this service, he told me he just wanted me safe on the road!!!! I cannot commend this Gas Station and Attendant more!! Thank you guys. Thabo Maluleke was my Attendant. Update: Leaving work, I stopped there again and Thabo checked both tyres for me again. Once again, I cannot stress enough what GREAT SERVICE this was!

A young, well-dressed coloured man asked me for a lift to Menlyn last night right after filling up my car at the garage (pump 2). Luckily I did not give the complete stranger a lift as he probably would have tried robbing me. Please focus on more security for customers. I'll probably not return due to this incidence.

Rose and Grace you are always friendly and I enjoyed visiting your kitchen to get lunch.... I am going to miss you all. With my last visit to the site I was appald by the manner that Johan treated Patricha. As a man I believe that women should be treated as equals. The way she was treated infront of customers and staff made me realise that I would rather get my meals elsewhere. I was sick to my stomach after the incident and did not even eat my lunch.

I've consistently received horrible service from this filling station, I've waited up to 15 minutes just to get service. Today I decided to just drive off as I was waiting.
Others are filling up for themselves, unfortunately I don't know how to use the petrol pumps so I can't help myself like the other drivers who have clearly gotten used to to the service here

Best sasol in town. Johan, the manager always friendly and willing to assist with anything! Well done on your customer service. Awesome variety in store and always a friendly face.
