Booked and paid for one night, never stayed pictures on facebook and website are very misleading, nothing to what the guest house actually looks. Booked a room with two queen size beds and there were two beds but one higher that the other. definately not like advertised.
Parking is a big issue and security measures where all vehciles are parked just seems very unsafe

I was charged a price of R1050 including break fast but suddenly when I arrived it was changed R1400 the excuse was misunderstanding and they gave me a wi-fi pin that did not connect, joh I was so disappointed ????.
In future be more specific in pricing and market more by letting a customer know what you have, for a guy with a big family explain the additions of amount, I know you in business and I was going to pay not ask for free I can afford my family and may intentions is to give what's best to them.

My friend (who is a Reverend) lodged from 28 March - 2 April 2022 for our church anniversary. The staff was efficient. My friend had charger issues and the staff made it easy by communicating messages left for him and informed him everytime that I came to fetch him. A remote was given to him for easy access. He had breakfast always on time. Rooms are very neat and give a home feeling. The owner is very humble.

The worst accommodation and service ever came across.
1.We were 8 Ladies 4 of us shared a room 2 of shared a bed despite the pandemic.
2.The place is not properly cleaned(sheets and towels not changed)(bathtub,basin and toilet we had to clean by ourselves)(The Swimming Pool is the worsted.
3. The employees uniform is dirty.
4. The owner is rude,we got the worsted treatment from her.
5. There is Spa,the very same people who are cleaners they are also therapist wonder if the are qualified coz Massage deals with muscles.
6.The employees are overworked the are all cleaners,receptionist and chefs.

To the owner: Enroll in management classes so you would know how to treat your employees and constumer services classes and know how to treat your guest..Motho Ke Motho Ka Batho.

Wish Department of tourism,Department Health and Department Labour pay you a visit...

(And I know God will bless me don't even drop that lime as per your reply on these reviews).

The worst accommodation and service ever experienced. Price quoted and paid for in advance changed when we got there. Towels not changed, coffee in room had no sugar and what was used was not replaced the next day. I would not recommend

They made me wait for 20minutes outside the gate, and made me wait again inside when i wanted to exit, they complained about noise, they complained about alcohol because they do not sell alcoholic beverages, they tasked me to clean after using their entertainment area, it was raining and the floor is super slippery, people sharing a room have to share a bed also, even though they both paid individual amounts.

We got a warm welcome. And whenever we experienced a problem the stuff was able to urgently come and help.. Im even thinking of booking again this Friday.. I give it 5 stars.
