I've just experienced the best service ever in my area, Thank you to Sipho the Branch manager and Bafihlile the Admin manager, the branch manager went out of his way to fetch stock from another branch, Now this is the Best Service Ever!

I was sent to 3 different tills just to buy electricity without explanation from the first 2 cashiers. When I reported the incident to the manager, he didn't even know that were technical issues at the tills in regards to purchasing electricity. That means employees are working in silos and there's no hand over from cashiers, supervisors to managers. It's horrible experience to be sent around without explanation, made me feel undermined as a paying customer.

I wouldn't advice anyone to do their shopping there,the service is very very poor.The supervisor chats with the cashiers while customers wait in the cue,so i give them ZERO...
