My shopping there was horrible. I just came back from work and decided to go to shoprite first. The lines was long,staff just roaming around. I was so disappointed because it has never happened before.

The cashier didn't give me the attention I deserve in that it wasn't busy, I personally had to put my grocery in the plastic whiles she's doing NOTHING.

Half the time when its busy, you'll see less tills open to service the large number of people but the packers are helpful when the shelfs are empty

Long queues, and during loadshedding they use one swipping machine forbthe whole store, they have to improve.The store has enough tills but they use few,
