Reservation booked online based on their website and rating on Agoda.com

Place looks nothing like the advertised, very unsafe and no where near as luxurious as the photos. I feel since reservations weren’t used at least 50% should be refunded. Will warn people of this place

We looked online and booked. Gate does not look like a hotel gate, showers no water, toilet does not flush, zircon does not work.

Pictures can be deceiving.
I recommend the owner upgrades the place cos it can be a great place if taken care of

Beautiful room, the hospitality was great. During loadsheading they have a pick up generator so we didn't feel the pressure of not having electricity. The challenge we had was water in the morning when we had to bath, the water was cold but it didn't take them time to fix that for us.

That's not even close to be called a Hotel, I will never go back to that place...towels and bedding sheet were not clean...gate is not motorized and you are expected to open it yourself...At night other tenants are leaving it open...useless place.

This is the best place to be, to be revived, pampered. ..... massages, nail bar, lots of therapeutic benefits. Just be there enjoy yourself and you will discover who you are

The rooms are luxury and beautiful . The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. I had great experience
