We stayed at this remarkable guest house twice now. Once for a single night and another occasion for 4 nights. The standard is second to none. The staff is very friendly, and helpful and will assist where and when needed. Not far from hospitals, malls, and restaurants.
Thanks for letting us stay under your roof!!!

Lovely, neat place, clean comfortable and spacious, safe under roof parking.
Unfortunately we were ASKED to do a review and give suggestions on the booking page.
We gave a 4 star review and SUGGESTED a yogurt and fruit as a light breakfast for the price charged.
We were informed that the review was deleted and our second paid booking canceled and will be refunded due to the "bad" review. Luckily we found another place in time.
If you want to stay over more than once, be warned, don't give a review and keep your suggestions to yourself.

Great value for money however when called the first time no answer had to call back. The 2nd time a lady answered didn't greet properly just said hello not who the establishment is. She also battled to operate the card machine!! This is unacceptable guys you need to train your staff!!!!!
Further more in today's day and age you would think guest houses would have back up power and water. In the morning there was no electricity which resulted in not much water and cold so a cold dribble of a shower was my early start. You need to jack up your establishment, there is great potential here. Will see you soon again, let's see if there is an improvement.

For someone who is a typical "huishen" this was truly home away from home. Annatjies standards are high and her place speaks for it. Thank you for making a farm girl feel welcome and safe. I truly will always recommend Xaviera's Guesthouse. Thank you Annatjie and staff.
