Good Pizza but service is average to bad, hence only 3 stars. Online platform is very bad, orders come very late. Once waited an hour and when phoning to check they said my order was canceled but the app still shows in progress.

Fix the app, train the employees answering the phones and you will have a 5star franchise.

This will be my last order at Pizza perfect. We order at least once a week and always there's an issue. Today they've lost my details. This bad service always having to call back to find out where my order is. I've always been a loyal client, but this is not on. For once I wish I could order and things would go smoothly

Ordered 2 x Everyday Madness through Uber Eats and only one arrives. This just before 21:00, closing time so can't call to enquire about the mishap. Shocking! Fortunately there are other Pizaa Perfect's in the area and will rather spend my money with them.

I see a lot of people complaining about delivery times. People need to understand that if 30 people order for delivery in a span of two hours, the two delivery guys have four minutes per delivery. That is impossible to do, so you have to understand that it will take a while. You can always phone your order in advance and collect it at your own time.

Quality of pizza - best in town, honestly. I have had pizzas at Pizza Perfect Woodhill, Garsfontein and Mooikloof. Nobody beats Woodhill. Yes, the prices are a bit high, but they are the same as all other Pizza Perfects. These pizzas are made from scratch and prepared in wood fire ovens. These aren't instant pizzas from Roman's. Always a treat to watch the guys build and cook your pizza.

Pizza Perfect Woodhill gets a 5-star from me. Keep up the great work, guys.

Terrible. Ordered Lasagne Creme. It was soup send it back got replace with Original Lasagne. No refund. Tasteless. Salad only letures and the few olives were soggy. Worst take away ever. Would give it a minus 5star if it was available. Complaint to Thuli store manager...not much care as well. Always order Pizza but now I will never support this place again. Very dissapointing.
