Springbok Park.

The first time I went to Springbok Park it was over grown and unkept, but in the meantime it has been looked after and cleaned up. They are also repairing the water feature, although the park is now trimmed, cut and cleared up it is still home to some of the homeless people who are part of the upkeep of the park. Fairly safe during the day but will not recommend going there after dark.

The place is nice
I used to love taking pictures at this place but now the place is a bit scary most of the benches are torn apart and you can have a decent picnic there
The trees are still cool the biggest challenge is that there is no security in the park and you see alot of dodgy people sitting inside the park

A once beautiful park with a nice tea garden and picnic areas. I was shocked to see how neglected the gardens and water features were. Also not a safe place to go for a walk as many homeless people are present and have actually made the park their place of living

It is a nice and quite park in a busy city, a nice place to go and relax and have a lunch with a piece of nature in the city. But it needs some cleaning up as there is quite a lot of litter in the park. Otherwise it is peaceful and relaxing

Lovely place to have picnic on a sunny day, it's usually beautiful in summer with all the flowers and trees. The park is open to the public, but it's mostly quiet.
There's also a restaurant within the park.

A family of Australians visiting the area, found this to be a really nice quiet park, great little playground attended to by child minder staff. The attached bar / restaurant was good, and surrounding gardens good to wander around.

Park evidently not well maintained, you'd have to really want to be there to spend more than 30mins on sight.
