The team at VA Hatfield are always friendly and willing to help. Great service! The gym itself is good. It has everything that you need but could do with newer equipment and an improvement in airconditioning.

Air-conditioning is never on creating unbearable conditions to exercise in. Never enough weights in the lifting section. Overall the monthly subscription is a waste of money, save your time and go to another gym.

Very poor administration. I cancelled my membership on the 9th of May and was told no cancellation fee would be deducted from my account as my account was up to date and I never renewed my membership after the 2 year contract was over. On the 1st of June 2 debit orders went off on my account after being reassured that none would and the gym takes no accountability for the second debit order as they said its not them.

It's a great gym, especially for students! Always greeted with a smile. Olesya, the Pilates and Yoga coach is great!!

This gym is so sad. The 2 stars are for the convenient positioning around the main UP campus and the friendliness off the staff.

Firstly the equipment is incredibly old and very limited. Secondly the air conditioning is wonky, on hot days it feels like a sauna. Third they don’t monitor the numbers well enough so the gym can get really packed. Like so busy; especially around 3pm… not the best, but hey student life I guess…

Great gym, with great staff, and very clean facilities. Reason for only 4 stars, is the lack of weight lables on some machines. But other than that, an overwhelmingly positive experience.
