Ordered 2 Wraps at 12:00 today. Waited 2 hours for delivery.
No correspondence whatsoever from the branch saying they are having troubles.
only when I call the branch @ 13:30 I get told they have a shortage of staff. I beg to differ as last week the same thing happens and according to some of the other reviews its a usual occurrence. IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER FOOD IN 30 OR LESS MIN DON'T OFFER DELIVERY!!!!! I will never order from any Sandwich Barron ever again or recommend to anyone. I only rated it 1 star because 0 Stars don't exist just like their time management.

Ordered 2 chicken mayo sandwiches today and the chicken was raw! Phoned Dineo at the Hatfield branch to inform her, she very politely said they will send new sandwiches. This never arrived! Firstly, You are going to make your customers sick with raw chicken man! and then to add insult to injury I've paid R100 and received nothing for it, and still sitting here hungry! and you guys wont fix the problem? No good at all, if this is the way you run a business, then I'll order elsewhere.

I am a regular customer of Sandwich Baron Hatfield, I buy my lunch from there 98% of the time however the service is extremely poor. The ingredients of the meals on the menu are never on stock. Don't you guys estimate your demand? It's so annoying, like today I wanted BBQ steak, avo wrap, I was told the steak is not on stock then I opted for Chicken strips, avo wrap then I was told the lettuce is out of stock, someone is still going out to purchase lettuce at the market??? You are not serious about this business, you lack competence of business management or perhaps stock management techniques.

I order mince pita today and it was the worst pita I have ever tasted. it was cold and the mince looked like it was cooked days ago. I am really disappointed. I still can't believe it. I love their banting burger though it is very nice.

I never thought I will hate the taste of chicken but after eating a chick platter from the Hatfield store, I am totally put off. Yesterday, 08/12/2015, we bought a Rib Chick platter for R460 and we were given meat that was off. I had a funny taste to it. Later in the day we had sore tummies and we all know what happens after that........ We tried calling the store to give back the platter but they had already knocked off. This morning we returned with a sample of the chicken and "boy what horrible service we got". We spoke to a lady called Inez who told us she didn't know what to do and called Hugo in Polokwane who said he will have the meat tested at a Lab and if nothing wrong is found with the meat, I will be responsible for the Lab bill. Aren't we supposed to complain for bad service or bad food and if we do, why are we threatened? Hugo, you need to get in order and treat your customers with respect and courtesy. My tummy is still sore and you are still being rude. Hatfield store, bad service guys.

Worst service I have received from Sandwich Baron. I order breakfast atleast twice a week and my order is always incomplete. The staff omits order items and when you try to follow up they fail to deliver the remainder of the order. Save yourself money and frustration and buy somewhere else.
