The location is great, not too busy and average of 10 min waiting time which is great.

I'm rating them so low as I am from the establishment and I paid for Mozarrela sticks which weren't placed in my Bag. It is such an inconvenience to check my bag to see if everything I ordered is there.

My order number was 944 I got there around 18:00, I just forgot who served me.

Extremely neat and clean store. Exceptional service received from all staff. They are very friendly, hospitable and helpful. What a lovely jovial team. Food is prepared and delivered according to the brand specification.

Worst experience I've ever had. We ordered Pepsi Max Vanilla and received soda water!! To top it off, halfway through the chips packet we got curly hair in the packet! So off putting! I will never order from them again and recommend that you do not either.

It is unbelievable for a burger to sell meals with no drinks because the “fountain” is forever broken… imagine the lady wanted me to pay the same price (the price of a meal with a drink) for a meal without a drink. On top of that, they suggest cans and milkshakes that you have to buy separately!!! I can’t remember the last time i walked into that burger king and the fountain drink machine is working..
I personally wouldn’t recommend this burger king to anyone because of it’s unreliability. Very disappointing.

We ordered delivery and it took an hour and a half to arrive (no fault of the driver as he was waiting at Burger King). This is pathetic for an establishment that refers to itself as “fast-food”. Not even eat-in restaurants take that long.

Ordered a takeaway with Mr D. It was accepted at 18:04 and was only ready to be collected at 17:20. Over an hour for a fast food restaurant to make the food. The delivery driver sat at the restaurant just short of half an hour. Very unimpressed

The staff are real friendly at this Burger King. There is also a facility where you help yourself to your fizzy cold drink at the fizzy drinks dispenser. The atmosphere was lively as this Burger King is located in Hatfield a few meters away from the bustling university of Pretoria. The food was great although the size was much smaller than the advertised views. If you're starving this is not a go to unless you up your order to XXL. Overall the experience was good.
