I went there today around 6 with two of my friends. We decided to sit and eat in the restaurant. We ordered 2l coke,large chips and a full chicken. They served our food without even providing us plats and glasses to drink. When i approached the cashier to ask her of they do not have plats she did not even answered. So my friend went to a woman that was helping the cook and asked her for plats and glasses. This woman gave us dirty glasses. So we decided to take away our food.
If i even give 1 star it is because of the manager, that man is kind and friendly. Unfortunately when he is not around the service is very bad.

Very friendly staff and good menu,the food was great but they don't have a toilet just a simple basin for hand-wash.They also had limited stock on cold drinks but we had an amazing meal.

Great food,great taste, great service. Lovely atmosphere. Don't miss the opportunity to try out good food...And the burgers are divine. In fact everything is, even the pap and stew...:)

Friendly accessible service. The owner-operators appear to enjoy the student atmosphere of Hatfield, and give their restaurant a vibrant youthful feeling.

chesanyama service is totally the best out of every chesanyama i have visited i love the customer service the cashiers the bosses are exceptional i ate a burger made ror like a few minutes but that was the best burger ever.

Incredible services I loved the chicken so spicy and the gravy has some herbal spices..... It's so clean???????????? great management and so affordable
