My friend and I and our dad and his friends had lunch a few days ago at this spur. We got burgers and chips. The burger was very good; as always with Spur it was very good quality and freshly made.
The burger was very delicious! Like, as someone who loves food, I enjoyed it..I was filled and actually quite stuffed after this meal. The meal is quite filling.
The serving staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our meal. This spur has a family- friendly atmosphere. We came with 2 kids and they played in the play area; it kept them busy while we waited for the food.
I would highly recommend this restaurant; I had a great time.

Special thanks to everyone.
Had lunch with my partner and it was so nice. Food tasted great as usual and the milkshakes were nice and creamy. The waitress was very friendly from the moment we stepped inside until we finished our lunch and left. Staff keeping checking in on us to see if we were okay or needing anything. 10/10

What stood out for me was the service I received from my waiter. Otherwise the food was great too. I had their beef burger combo which was good. For dessert I had the Spur Canyon, popcorn caramel which was very tasty. The only reason they are not getting 5 stars for me is because they advertised a certain special on their Facebook page which I went there for only to get there u0026 to be given information to the contrary. Otherwise it's a great environment.

The waiters were very nice and made me feel at home. They seemed to be really enjoying themselves. The food was very tasty, me and my friends ate our desserts there and the malva pudding was fresh and it tasted great. The milkshakes we ordered were also good and were value for money. Genuinely I had a great experience and hope to get that treatment again. Loved it.

The food was great but Was confused when they told me how much of a tip I should give them. Like how? A tip is just a gratitude that comes from one's heart. How is it that you tell me that I need to give you a 10% tip. Whatever tip I give is what I have and what I wish to give, you can't tell me how much. Didn't know at illinois spur you are told how much to tip people who get paid for what they do and it's not like you are eating their food for free, I paid for it. It was probably my last time dining there.

Service was terrible. A couple left coz no one came to sit them down.nd just when they sat down a waiter gave them menu's but never returned. Over 40 min waiting for mere juice
