The pictures look better than how the food tastes like. The menu is quite great, as you get meals (burger, fries and drink) for reasonable price however the burger isn’t great, it’s too bland that not even the sauces help. the fries are just okay, nothing out of the ordinary. They also have a 1kg burger competition whereby if you finish it in 10 minutes, you get R1000, very entertaining. I also found it alarming that not much cleaning takes place in the toilet, especially since it’s a unisex. I think there might have been a leak however the place does not get really full thus mopping every now and then is possible. The vibe is okay, cool music is played and it is located in quite a vibey area. Really disappointed, hopefully they work to improve, for better customer satisfaction.

Burgers are good value for money but lack overall flavour. They are are a bit bland and even the included sauce doesn't do much to help.
The store needs a proper menu, I asked one of the servers for a menu and they told me they are working on it. Instagram page has tells you more of what's available so keep your phone out when ordering.

The take-away should just close down already. Three nights in a row they close before 21:00 when Google/Facebook says its 24 hours but there's no indication on the window saying what time they close.

When I wanted to speak to the manager and he says that its closed and I then asked to get the owner's number. The manager then proceeded to say he won't help me and that I should come back again tomorrow.

Worst service ever. Won't ever go back to this horrible takeaway.

Bringing local style and flavor to the Hatfield fast food market, Dooh Ponto tickets many of the boxes and like many new kids on the block has much room for improvement.

Pros.
• Local style
• Familiar flavor

• Contemporary and trendy
• Value for money

Cons.
• Sauce for chips costs extra
• Limited menu options
• Mediocre service

on saturday I came to buy my normal single combo meal,the bun was not fresh at all,Please we love the menu and your food always remember if the bun expired the whole comb loose value.

The restaurant itself is a lot smaller than I expected but the burgers are still amazing. Only had one so far. Keen to try the rest of the menu

End. Of the month on a Friday evening 18h00 and they run out of fries. Prices remain as if you has fries as well. Pathetic
