I love the staff, they are professional. The rooms are spacious and there is a complementary tea/coffee in the room (small kettle so you can make it yourself). There was a bit of lag for the hot showers but got around it. The food is also nice but could be improved with more options on the menu. Overall, this is a nice quiet place to stay that's in the heart of Pretoria.

The staff is great. The rooms are standard and the food is okay. It's situated on a busy street so if you are a light sleeper, you might have problems. More for work/business travels than vacation vibes. It is conveniently situated so I would definitely go back.

The service was absolutely poor.
Refused to bring a hot drink to the room and asked me to fetch it. The attitude really needs to be addressed to these employees.
They are not doing us a favour, they are employed to do certain tasks and they should complete those tasks in a manner that will be pleasing to the customer. I will never stay at this hotel again.
The aircon in the room was broken, the shower as well need some repair.

The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was made wheelchair friendly (but there's a step to get in the shower so that was wierd) there is coffee/tea in the room(they give you a kettle nice and small mine was dirty but I didn't ask for it to be cleaned (too shy). The restaurant is the buffet type (only went in the morning never again) and the bar sells coffee and soft drinks (no alcohol was sold, well atleast that's what the staff told me) but overall the stay was comfortable and it's close to everything. Enjoyed my stay.

Was there 24 August 2022. Conference room okay. Food they served in the morning, not impressive. Overly sweet blueberry muffins u0026 teatime it was some dry rolls, with some boring filling. Juice was not offered. I was not impressed at all.

It looked like a guesthouse from kasi. I even had to check out 30 after checking in. I didn't even ask for a refund (R1500)
Maybe other rooms are better, But I asked for their "best" room and I was given the one which I'm reviewing. 2 three quarter beds , ai I'll stop here. Goodluck.
