We booked at the Langlaagte location yesterday and WOW what a pleasure!! Pity a more friendly official couldn't be booked but security was superb and so efficient nonetheless! We were done in about 45 minutes, the BEST part was not having to wait in the LOOOONG payment queue. Thanks for a wonderful system and will definitely refer others to the service..

While the strike with the printing of License cards, I needed to follow up constany just to get an update. I went to the license department myself and found the my card was ready for a month. I paid for the courier to deliver my card. After I got my card myself I emailed them to complain with no responce for 6 days. Very bad service!

What a wonderful platform to renew your Driver's License!!!!! I used this service at Centurion Licensing Centre and was in and out in 22 minutes!!

While the service of booking was suspended the delivery of cards is still an issue. To not be able to call or get a response on emails sent to find out about progress; is very poor.
