Would not return if I was paid to - terrible service and not much management skills. We had to fry our own eggs for breakfast, one table was set up for breakfast, we had to move our own place mats and crockery so we could sit together as a family at another table and not join someone else that was already having breakfast. We paid for two rooms at their other facility and they moved us on the Thursday due to a group extending their stay. Personally I think they messed up on the booking. They moved us to Threebees and expected 4 adults to share one room after paying for two - after much persuading they allocated us another room and refunded us R200 due to the inconvenience caused. Lights weren't working in the one rooms bathroom, door to our room was extremely difficult to lock and unlock. When we left there was no management on the property for us to discuss this matter with. I emailed my concerns immediately and it took 6 months for us to get a response. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. The owner or management has still not apologies and they will not refund me for the stay. A year later still following up I sent an email again, still not apology and a refund of R300 was done We paid R1300 for our disastrous stay. I will not return to this facility and would not recommend it to anyone unless you like going to a place where you cook your own breakfast after you have paid for a bed and breakfast facility.
