Last saturday morning I unexpectedly found myself with some extra time on my hands and last-minute decided to treat myself to some pampering in the spa. As I was having breakfast at the hotel, I asked hotel staff about the spa and the friendly waiter immediately called his colleague from the spa, who in turn promptly appeared to give me a description of the treatments that I might have time for. Although the spa had several bookings for that morning, they did manage to accommodate me and I had an amazing pedicure. I had a delightful and relaxing time in the excellent hands of Talent, thank you Talent! The pedi and other treatments available are very competitively priced, excellent value for money. I loved the fact that it also included painted nails and a paraffin was treatment, which left me positively walking on roses. Wish I had more time but I will definitely be back!

It was my 2nd time there travelling with Hubby in August. Our 1st time was in October 2021 and it was better and not bad hence we decided to go back.

This time it was bad, very bad.

1. We got to Reception and no one was there. It took them a good 15 minutes for them to attend us.
2. We went bad mainly for the Massage. 1 hour massage felt like 30 minutes, The ladies wh was attending to us keep leaving to go get products.
3. After Massage we were expected to wear our own clothes back to the Room because their gowns were still in the wash.
4. The package we booked normally comes with Use of Gowns and Complimentary Slippers but none where available.
5. TV was not working we waited 2 hours for Assistance.
6. Telephone in the Room not working either.
7. The Dinner was terrible I almost wanted to call in Mr Delivery
8. Following morning the Shower water was Just warm not hot
9. Breakfast was okay.
We were told the place is sold to new owners . Wil I go back defiantly not.

Rooms a bit small, but venue is amazing and staff very friendly and helpful.. Amazing breakfast and restaurant... Good for business events and weddings

This is really a bad spa. Not worth any money. Charge a lot. People are not trained. Toilets don't have toilet paper. It's not clean and when you complain nobody cares or come back to you. You pay for a BAD BAD BAD BAD spa day

The spa exceeded my expectations! Overall a birthday well spent, our therapists were just so amazing and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

Bad service received. The facility is nice and my first experience went well, I went for a massage. This time around I wanted to do my nails. Firstly, the lady who was supposed to attend to me was not available as she was running late. They sat us( I u0026 my sister) down in the restaurant as they gave us complementary drinks to pass time for her to pitch. Then as time passed I was called as they said they were ready for me. That lady was still not there because the same woman who was at the reception was going to attend to me. The lady said she was the new supervisor /manager and had started only the day before. She kept on standing up so many times and going away to attend to a crisis in the spa and mind you I am 8 months pregnant sitting on an uncomfortable chair. An appointment that was meant for just an 1:30 hours went over 3:30 hours. I am not happy at all with the nails she did. What was done on my nails is terrible compared to what I wanted. It seemed like she was still a student teaching herself how to do nails. I took off the nails immediately the next day after an event (which was my surprise baby shower) as they were that bad.

Housekeeping was late with many rooms on Saturday, causing grief amongst guests. Poor receptionist had to use her phone to try contact them. Consider getting radios from reception to housekeepers. Other than that, fairly nice hotel.
