Spent an hour in the shop, the lady helped us find some of the books. Had a whole stack of books, when we wanted to pay she said the card machine is not working. How do you not know the card machine is not working and don't tell the customers before?

A good store, they didn't have everything that I was looking for but they had variety of other books. It's a really small shop, organized, not too crowded and the best part well... It smells like books, the right kind.????(not all books smell good????????u200d♀️)
I didn't find what I was looking for although it really is an okay shop to go to.

It is the first here for me, but I have mention Bargain Books in The Paddocks in Cape Town where I received wonderful service from an elderly lady there. She went to so much trouble to order John Steinbeck s Travels with Charley for me. It arrived in good time and I was extremely grateful for her service and help. I was there at the beginning of September 2020.

Kelly was so helpful. And friendly. She phoned me to notify me that my son's learner books for his Teneo online schooling has arrived. She is definitely an asset to your company.

I would have given the bookshop a higher rating but was not very impressed by the staff there on Sunday 12 January 2020. Was in there looking for a book and staff didn't greet or try to help , just pointed to the register. I love bookshop and has never been in there yours.
So for a first impression, I felt like I was a bother to the staff.

No wonder it's called Bargain Books I just scored an amazing deal! Helpful staff took my shopping experience to another level. Worth to be discovered, I'm definitely hitting a favorite spot.
