The new revamped sorbet shop at The Grove Mall is refreshing. Old and new clients, please give them a try. The front desk has new faces, and the therapists are certainly exceptional and friendly. I enjoyed my power pedicure with paraffin dip. Thank you ????

I went to Sorbet the grove after 5 years and i have to say the new management is way beter. There is room for improvement. I was happy with the service happy with the product but not happy with the final product.

I will go back to give them another try.....

Worst service. Had nails done, did not even last 1 week! They also don't want to redo it! Pathetic and it's very expensive!

Hardly a week after getting my nails done( I did gel application), the gelish is peeling off! Utterly disappointed!

I went to get my nails done yesterday, acrylic with gelish overlay and the gelish is already peeling off. The acrylic was applied so badly when I complained the nail tech said she’ll buff it nicely but it didn’t work. I’ll would not recommend them! Never going back.

After a week my nails still look stunning, excellently done. But, the atmosphere is not pleasant in the shop. Sorbet The Grove. The attendants converse amongst themselves the whole time, loud and in their native language. This creates a restless ambiance. They are also looking for their tools the whole time; not prepared even though an appointment is made. They discuss clients and don't realise we might understand what they are gossiping about. Rude I think.
