First time going to this branch.
Service is a bit slow, however I must add that from all the branches we have been to this one makes the best Monster pizza.

At the other branches this pizza is quite dry compared to the small once, however this branch nailed it.

Still a 5 rating because food was very delicious, arrived warm and fresh and even though we waited a while the waiter kept us informed the entire time.

The waiters is very friendly.

The Pizza was absolutely to almost die for! Genuine - easily the best I've had in, well - a very long time. Gerhard and Me had the Saucey Chicken and Bacon Supreme and The Panarottis Special. Try them both at Panarottis The Grove. Really awesome. Waiter perhaps wasn't the Friendliest I've ever come across, but He was there when You called.
All and all 9/10 for Today's visit to Panarottis The Grove. Thank You very much Guys. It was worth the time and money - certainly, Well spent! Great work! We will definitely be back there, if possible! ????%????????????️u200d????????????

This is our family spot. We love the food, the restaurant is family friendly and the staff are amazing. We met a gentleman called Sfiso there and he is part of our family. He has been there for every family celebration. We always ask for him. He is so humble , dedicated to his job and always get our orders right. He is really an amazing person and sometimes we go to Panarotis just so that we can be served by him. May God see his heart. Such an amazing person

Do not bring your kids here, absolutely no regard for your child's safety:
1. You cannot book for a child's birthday, that's why you will be placed downstairs far away from the upstairs play area
2. Manager makes it clear that the children's safety is the parents concern
3. Ladies that take care of children are mostly on their phones, do not monitor which child leaves the play area, violent older kids are not being told to stop
4. Play area equipment is broken and needs overhaul.
5. Toilets are quite filthy
6. After we were done with celebrations we were chased off the table, as they had to be cleaned

There is absolutely no regard by staff or management to make your stay pleasant, very very very disappointing visit

Waited for an hour and our food still haven't arrived, we saw many people who came after us who got their food within 15 minutes. Waiter didn't even bother checking in with us while we waited for our food yet she checked in with all the other tables and brought them their plates first. Next time if we're going to Pavarottis we'd definitely not go to this one.
