Sharing bathroom and toilet with other guests is a nono..u go out of your room to get the toilet and bathroom that was used before

Pictures on the net are misleading, the place is not inviting at all . The bed in room 1 Is very old and make noise when one is just changing sides, they do not put towels in their rooms ,I had to ask for them and they gave me 2 small ones that are even hard.they clearly do not use fabric softener when washing them ..worst nightmare we wanted to take a bath and there was no hot water, Tap that was suppose to Run hot water was not even working properly ... worst experience ever.
I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE NOR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE...

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE NEED SOME IMPROVEMENT.

As left in one of the previous reviews of another unsatisfied guest, they gave my booked room away to someone else just before my check in and lied to me that it was double booked, when I got to the place to check the cheaper room, the receptionist first lied and said they booked first so I asked her when did I book (yesterday) and she didn't know so I caught her lie then she said "to be honest, the people just extended their stay"

So after this dishonest experience at Corgi Guest House, I will never book with them and don't suggest that you do ????

I really appreciate the awesome reception at this guest House, thumbs up to the staff and special mention to Thando, she makes you feel at home, so bubbly and full of life.
