Suggestion: watch the crossfit games 2019 and then get yourself to this gym. It's hard work but so is anything you want to succeed at. With Craig's motivation you'll find that in a few weeks, you'll push yourself harder than you thought possible.
If you live in the area you can walk or cycle there. If you drive through on your way to work, you can join a class on your way home and get your workout done. In a short space of time you will start feeling good, you will iron out all those strange pains and you will have a new mental outlook. Complete workout ????
