Literally the worst student accommodation ever. The office lady is rude and doesn’t know how to speak to people. The place is not being properly maintained. The rooms are small, showers have a shocking effect and sometimes clog and dirty, there is more to the list. The pictures and the actual place are two different things. These are old pictures of when the place WAS actually a good and proper place. There is no biometric system at all as it was stated in the contract. The security system or management is horrible. I really didn’t enjoy staying at the accommodation and I do not appreciate the way the current lady treats and speaks to parents. The previous lady who worked in the office was way better and cared about the students.

Would absolutely not recommend, i moved out cause they wanted to force a lease extension and increase rent even though the place was not being maintained internally, walls had water damage, bathroom was not finished and was soily, mouldy walls, the likes, but I decided to stay cause it’s quite chilled and a nice area, convenient too, but with the rent increase, I decided to moved out. I have been chasing them for my deposit for over 2 months now with no response from them nor respect, I will be contesting payment of my deposit at the Housing Tribunal because I think this is what the owner, Mr Beath as he is called by his employees casually does to peoples deposits. Only only does he not store the deposit in a safe account like he is legally obligated to so the deposit appreciates in value, he seems reluctant to pay too.

Again, would not recommend for said reasons above, be careful whose contract you sign, not all people have the same hearts and interests of their tenants.

There was an electrical shock on the taps in the bathroom and walls have mould

Very close to the WORST Accommodation in the area! Nothing even remotely close to 3 stars! The rooms don't look ANYTHING close to what the photos show.

The room was dirty, holes in the walls and floor, curtains that didn't close, the shower was literally falling apart and spraying water all over the floor, and the bed was less comfortable than the tile floor. Calls to managers got an apology but nothing more than that!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Go somewhere else!!!

Family stay n they love the place
