Very happy with the practise and the staff. The facility is clean with a nice variety of activities. Jen is very cautious and super motivating, I could not have a better coaching and treatment to get back on my leg!

Although I successfully completed a number of the exercises required, the "opinion" of the instructor counted more than the actual fitness assessment. I will not be going back there anytime soon - better providers available all over JHB.

Friendly staff. They do more than just follow generic programs that were written up hy somebody, somewhere for somebody else. They actually look at you as an individual, and work with you in a personalised manner. The best thing is you develop a relationship with them which is rare these days.
