Delicious food and stunning interior decor in the restaurant. They've created an atmosphere that makes you feel as though you've been transported to the Mediterranean from the moment you step foot in to the restaurant.

I highly recommend Kolonaki to anyone that is vegan or vegetarian as the menu has a wide variety of such options.

Their range of dips is incredible and each one was packed with flavour. The tiroslata dip was the highlight and it's simply delicious.

The food is beautifully presented and their crockery and cutlery choices are perfect.

Quite possibly the best Greek food in Johannesburg at present. This is definitely a restaurant that we'll return to.

The restaurant looks great. The food was delicious - I had their yummy vegan grilled aubergine with hummus after some small shared plates. The white wine was also good and served cold enough. And the service was super friendly.

Great Greek restaurant! Food is delicious and also is the presentation. The restaurant is in a top location and you better book in advance. We came in a group of 8 and tried different small plates to share and some mains. Everything was delicious! A big plus point is the great service of the waiters. They are friendly and very thoughtful. It was a very cold night but they had enough heaters. However, dress warm if your get seated in the patio area. We’ll definitely come back !

Had a lovely lunch with my Mom. The food was great, delicious, well prepared and presented.

Service is good too, very professional and 'organized'.

The ambience ????????????????... Highly recommended this restaurant.

We finally decided to try Kolonaki today and I am so disappointed that we didn't go here sooner. What a lovely restaurant, every dish was superb, the interior is so lovely and I haven't experienced great service at a restaurant like this in a long time. Definitely a favourite of mine now.

Wonderful 1st time experience. Aesthetically pleasing.wonderful ambience. Our waiter was absolutely amazing. Pity we didn't get his name. Definitely coming back soon.food was absolutely divine

We had to make a reservation in advance which was not a problem but I do think they should accommodate walk-ins for smaller parties considering the location. It seems like more of a family restaurant vibe so it is very noisy. Maybe not ideal for an intimate dining experience.

The food was really tasty and beautifully presented and the service was great but portions were very small so it feels a little overpriced. I think that dips and sides should be included with meals. For good value for money and a great cuisine experience I would recommend Istanbul Kebab in Melrose Arch instead.
