I wanted to book into the place but the replies from the owner is a complete turn off. Where people are raising concerns, you simply reply thanks for the feedback and you don't address how you'll solve the issue. And then you reply to another customer telling them that having them was a bad experience? Where's the professionalism?

The place did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness and the pictures advertised are old. Furnishing and paintings are worn out. The curtains are not so long. You have to spend a good 15-25 min making sure that all blind spots are covered. The receptionist made an error with my payment that made me check out in the night around 23:00.

The 1 star is for the friendly staff. esp David at reception.
The other star is for the garden and Pool area. Nice clean pool and surrounding area.

it's my second time here, and the room I got now is waaaay better than the first...

I'm just disappointed at your service... you have the worst... I didn't have toilet paper in my room, and I tried calling both your numbers for more than 2 hours, bt never got a call back....

Very beautiful place. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. There are so many places to capture beautiful photos. The rooms are clean. The only issue i had was the stove in the kitchen. It needs to be replaced. Also they need to add a bit of decor in the rooms to make them more welcoming
