I have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Lorah, Noma and Macdonald for the last couple of months. They are so friendly and only too happy to help. I've sent well over a hundred counter to counter deliveries via them these last few months and only had one issue. Which was resolved very quickly and they kept in constant contact with me until it was resolved. They are all an absolute credit to your store. Keep up the great work guys

I have used Postnet Olivedale regularly over the past few months, the staff are unbelievably patient and kind. Will give them 10 out of 10 .

No care for customers. Drive there this afternoon and it started to rain so I knew it would take a bit longer to get there. Called to advise them I was on my way and would get there just before 5pm and would they still be open. Got a rude answer, you have 4 minutes..... . Got there at 4.58 to find the doors closed and staff still inside. Wouldn't let me in. Called their phone again whilst looking through the window and they just ignored it. So upset after driving all the way there to be thwarted by staff that couldn't care about customers or the company they work for.

Busy but very helpful and friendly, offers insurance for electronics that some other Postnet like Fourways does not do.

Never answer their phone. Tried multiple times until it rings through to automated unavailable. Frustrating when trying to find out an update when online tracking not reflecting a change. Is the branch expectation for someone to physically drive there to ask in person?

Package now in day 4 of delivery, no update (poor reflection more on postnet as a whole than Olivedale branch specifically).

Really only have positive things to say about this postnet. Always super helpful and service orientated, patient and friendly staff.

It can get very busy and with the level of service they provide you can queue a bit at busy times while they service everyone(like lunch hour during the week).
