Always receive great service. Calls always answered. One doesn’t have to wait long to be served.

As a regular customer, was very disappointed when my pizza was not well cooked though. The thick base was still raw. Tried to put it in the oven, didn’t work. Sad that it went to waste.
Luckily the rib pizza with the thin base was perfect and saved the day.

Pizza’s arrived cold and mangled. Now we have to wait another 45min. Very poor service.

I normally love Roman's Pizza and especially the Blackheath branch. Over and above those really close to where I live. When someone I know wants pizza.... Go to the Blackheath branch. They're not stingy with their topping and they're consistent. Now they've gone and ruined it and my favourite pizza 'sweet chili chcken'. Every time I've ordered it, it was just the right amount of mild peppadew to chicken and feta. Tonight I couldn't even get through half of my pizza. Because it was too hot. No warning just BHAM! Burn your mouth off. Well it's put paid to me ever ordering sweet chili chicken pizza from Roman's Blackheath. In fact I may have to find a new pizzaria. ????????????

Amazing service, after an initial glitch they took complete ownership and rectified the matter. Will definateley recommend.

Reliable tasty pizza , don't order pasta just because I love pizza❤️ and awesome staff. Never wait long. Thanks for yummy times ????

Dough was raw. Got "new" pizzas and that was covered in tomato paste to the extent that that was all you could taste!. Landed up in the dustbin.

Friendly staff. Excellent service with quick response time (10 pizzas in 15min). Food is excellent. Good prices. Excellent value for money.
