I’ve been taking adult ballet classes here for two plus years, and I plan to keep going until my legs give out under me. Ashleigh is a great teacher and the ladies in the class are friendly and welcoming. Thanks for offering a safe and comfortable space for gawky adults to learn how to dance.

What a wonderful experience! Having never tried Yoga before I found it easy to follow the poses demonstrated by the instructor and she was attentive to each students limitations. The class is given in a beautiful space which is spacious and serene.

I started on Saturday. I've never done yoga before. It's Sunday night and I'm stiff all over. What an amazing workout which I hope will eventually sort out my chronic lower back and hip pain. And I loved the instructor. To sound like a hippie, she had amazing energy ???? I'll definitely be going again.

Great yoga practice that will make the light in you shine. I felt welcomed and enjoyed my sunrise class. They had the mats and everything I needed to participate.

Really great vibe, everyone is friendly and the adult contemporary class was fun and challenging. Felt very comfortable and found it easy to be myself with no judgement from anyone for my lack of skill. Will definitely be going back again and again!

Had my first yoga class on Saturday after many, many years - the Beginners' class was fairly intense but am hoping that after 10 weeks, I will be coping much better!
