The venue was absolutely beautiful. The surroundings and nature presence is exquisite. The people are extremely friendly and helpful. Big thank you to Kgomotso, Marcia and Noddy for making our stay memorable. It's individuals like yourself that can transform a stay to something magical. The wedding team are efficient and effective. The wedding venue is prepped for every function and always ahead of schedule. Rooms can be cleaner and bedding should be changed more frequently, only issue we had was dirty sheets which they changed the next day upon request.

The food is excellently prepared and served in an organized manner, none of our guests complained about the food. The cocktails are sooo pretty and the bar menu very decently priced. The staff is professional and friendly, very warm and welcoming. They had definitely executed my wedding ceremony and reception to perfection, we are so grateful to Asa, Faith and their team.

The rooms are not as great as we had expected. The suite was beautifully decked with rose petals, candles and champagne. Service is definitely not an issue, however, our bath tub had a leak and the hot water was not warm. I found a living cockroach! In the honeymoon suite ???? and spiders in the bathroom. We received 2 plates of food from the wedding buffet but we had no microwave to heat up our dinner????. Then the complimentary room has no windows for ventilation and there was a musty damp odour in the room.

The scenery is stunning very lively yet tranquil.

My husband and I had our wedding at The Garden Venue on 30.04.2022, it was the best experience and I will forever be grateful to Blessings, Constance, Stanford and Charmaine for helping to make it the best day! ♥️ The venue was perfect, the food and services was amazing. From the start the team made me feel comfortable and helped with any concerns I may have had. A specialist thank you to Blessing for all the support and extra help you gave my family on the day☺️. Honestly the best venue ever and appreciate you all so much!????

The stay was brilliant. Service excellent, staff super friendly and helpful. Venue and wedding, beyond what I could have asked. Management and Accounts Departments, they could do better with explaining and being clear upfront on things that are truly in the quote and not, empower your staff better to serve people better. We are done with “I am the boss and do as I say”, staff are partners and are on the ground, empower them to serve your clients better, don’t hamstring them with unwanted procedures. Otherwise, I will recommend the venue to anyone! ????????

I attended the lost magical wedding here. We stayed 2 nights, the first night was terrible as the bedding was soiled. Noddy at reception assisted in ensuring this issue was taken care of for the next evening.
5/5 for venue as the Gardens are beyond illuminating , the deco - stunning, food - delicious, DJ - joyfully entertaining.
3/5 for room cleanliness , we hardly slept the first night as the bed wasn’t cleaned. Hair on the sheets, bedding had so many marks, definitely wasn’t washed prior to check in. The bedding was changed the next day , though the green blanket, and deco cushions were still the same. As far as I know standard hotel procedure should allow ALL bedding to be washed prior to all new check ins!!

I would like to to give special thanks to Norman for all his effort in ensuring that we received excellent service. In fact , it was beyond my expectations, from the Deco,the seating set up and having staff present throughout our stay to cater for our requests. Well done Norman, I asked for a memorable day and you gave us much much more.

With People like him there, I will definitely be returning to The Garden Venue Boutique for a much bigger celebration in the near future.

Our wedding was a wonderful experience with excellent service, friendly and kind staff and everyone going out of their way to help. From the rooms, to the gardens, to the service, to the reception was breathtaking! Our entire day was so organized and well executed! What a pleasure!
Faith Asa and Bethwell, thank you so very much! As for your excellent DJ....you got me from the beginning!
