This was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we completed forms .The lady at reception was in a rush to show us our rooms but never took us around the hotel. We were shocked when we walked around and with some people screaming "Go away, this is private property". We brought swimsuits but couldn't swim because we could not locate the pool. The next day we asked for an Iron at reception and the lady bluntly said , we do not have enough although she had mentioned we were the only guests booked that weekend. The room linen was a bit smelly with only 1 side lamp . The breakfast was not great, Eggs and beef bangers tasted funny. Overall the service was poor and we felt unvalued. Not coming back here again!!

Very dissapointing
Huge room with a tiny heater
No carpets In the bathroom and bedroom
4 star offering open view and not dstv

Breakfast was just horrible. Could not even finish it
Their spa is horrible, never use them (Faithfully Yours Health and Skincare Spa)

Great peacefull place with 5 star room and swimming pool area invluding bar and restaurant and special event facilities for birthdays weddings partys and a fully equipped gym

Stayed here a few times and really enjoy it. The staff and owners are really friendly and get to know you the more you stay there. They are very accommodating and even cater to specific dietary requirements as best they can. The rooms are more than adequate and there is a nice conference venue. The bar is also really fun and the food is great. The only knock I have on this place is that the TVs in the rooms are outdated and the image is blurred and that the wifi range and spead is very bad!

Disappointed. Part of the deal was a jacuzzi session with a fruit platter. The jacuzzi was not working and we were not informed about this prior to our stay. Only one glass in room for 2 people and a bit smelly. Swimming pool dirty. Friendly staff. Place have potential but not managed properly.
