Lundi the consultant will lie through his teeth and when he has frustrated you past the point of return start being condescending and refer to you as “my love” no matter how many times you repeat your actual name! Zero accountability or apology from him on having wasted my time giving me incorrect information. Not to mention accusing me of lying about where I bought my device and accessories without even checking their system.

The smell of alcohol on his breath could have been the reason why he struggled to assist with what I thought would be a minor issue.

How are these the people helping us?

Thank goodness I was able to be assisted at Incredible Connections where my money was better spent.

Shocking shocking service! Went in this morning to buy 3 SIM cards for iPads - paid, inserted them
Into the devices as told, nothing worked. It’s been 24 hours, I’ve called this poor excuse of a store more than 10 times and waiting for a manager to call me. The staff told me to dial 200 and activate ourselves, this number no longer exists, ridiculous! Still not activated and cannot even get the numbers!!!! Will never ever ever shop at vodashop Northgate again. The managers promised to call back in 10 minutes but an hour later when I called they were on lunch AGAIN! What awful service, worst I’ve had in a long time! Will also be informing head office

Been getting the run around from consultant lundi / lungi. Promise to call back doesn't. Told me my order would arrive on the 1dt then it was there but can't give it because the manager hasn't approved the pricing. Calls and calls Promise to call back and nothing .

Think I'll try something elsewhere.

I took time off work to go fetch a form to swop a cell number to my daughters account, we filled in all the paperwork and got the supporting documents and then she took time off work to give paperwork to Alton at the branch. He did not bother submitting it and would not return my calls. Wasting clients time like this is unacceptable.

NORTHGATE VODACOM Dissapointed - Been in 3xs to get my sim swop done. The new sim was not provisioned correctly the sales assist said they would do another sim for me yesterday afternoon this was with Cecil. Got there this morning to have new sim put in to make sure working.. The new sim was no where to be found and Cecil is on leave he did not let anyone know where he put the sim. When asked to speak with branch Manager then another sales person assisted. They said they would message me to let me know when can put new sim into phone, several hours and no message to say if can put sim into phone.

The store manager did not come see me or speak to me as per request- I have been on the vodacom support call line for sometime as when you call the Northgate branch eventually it says "this mailbox is full."

I made the mistake of thanking each person who assisted at vodacom yesterday as what I needed to have done effectively was NOT done. VODACOM support confirmed "no sim swop" was done on my number. Yet I have the new sim etc with me??????

Vodacom- it takes time out of people day to come into the store- your staff maybe board as pointed out this morning but your customers need better service.. flippen shocking!!!!

We wanted to do a sim swap, the phone was purchased through intelliCell, we asked if they could phone and get permission, on with they told us no, they can't assist. Phoned IntelliCell, and just to be told that Vodacom should phone them to get permission. Not very helpful Vodacom...but its no surprise

Pathetic service. Don't even try to call waiting for a answer about a phone that is faulty. Quick to sign up but what a bad experience. Let's see. Can I please have a email address for someone that will take my query seriously. Trying to call them several times. No answer. I bet the what's up will wll also produce no luc
