This shopping center is disgusting, the clubs are full of drug addicts and the center is a mess.
The paving is full of potholes
There is rubbish all over the place
The place is ridden with drug dealers every weekend
its a bloody disgrace and should be condemmed

Crowded, poor traffic management.
However a good centre accomodating small businesses and competetive prices, and a school.
