Rude and pathetic customer service when placing an order for a take away pizza.

After 37 mins, they bring me a pizza that is completely dry and disgusting. See accompanying photo.

I have no words…

UPDATE: So they responded to this review (with a blatant copy-and-paste reply) asking me to get in contact with them. Which I then did. And I have been completely ignored for a week after that. Conclusion: Doppio Zero are more interested in looking like they want to resolve complaints, but actually couldn't care less.

So we attended a Birthday this past Saturday and from the moment we walked in it felt warm and welcoming. I still remember our waiters name, Mo. I'm not sure what it was short for but he was excellent. My wife was visibly cold and when he brought the drinks, her drink didn't have ice and I thought, the sheer brilliance to have seen and noticed something that small means he really had our best interests at heart. The owner/manager was visible and always had a smile on his face, interested and alert in everyone there. Certainly a place I would recommend going and would definitely go back.

You know what you come here for and food plus drinks always consistent with a friendly service. Nice spot to also just hangout grab a coffee while doing some work

I'm a huge fan! Excellent food and service. But do yourselves (and us) a favor and put some thought into the music you play while trying to enjoy a good meal and some good conversation... we couldn't get out fast enough!

Lovely airy venue, food delivered speedily considering the generous range of dishes on offer. Tasty, fresh ingredients. Generous portions.The weakness is in the service. Some of the staff members need to be reminded not to ignore women sitting on their own. A huge aspect of the restaurant business is to make guests feel welcome. I had a full meal and gave my usual generous tip, so why did I have to go out of my way to get noticed after I arrived? In any case, even an order for a mere cup of coffee merits a warm welcome. Another thing is that the restaurant is really large, in three sections, which means that waiters and waitresses can end up being away from their main area for quite some time. In their absence, other staff members should step in to attend to clients' needs. However, it was clear that some had developed the skill of avoiding eye contact with anyone who was not "their" customer.

Frequented this restaurant a few times now , never had a bad experience. Food is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Plus being located in a shopping centre it's a perfect place to catch a bite to eat before or after a little retail therapy.

My all time favorite Doppio Zero to go get a delicious brekkie with their top notch Doppio Cappuccino. Or going for a tasty lunch with cocktail.

The vibe and aesthetic of this Doppio Zero is second to none. Love coming here. Waiters are friendly, fast and efficient.
