We were served a wrong meal but they ended up correcting it. I just dislike the fact that we had to call them and then still drive all the way back there. But the decoof the place is stunning. The food was fresh and appealing.

Great branch. Absolutely ridiculous that customers have to pay 15% extra per item just for placing delivery order. And still having to pay delivery. Discussing policy. You should demand a separate delivery policy

Worst service and food! Wouldn't be surprised if we get a tummy bug this evening or tomorrow morning. Ordered online for delivery. An hour later we're told that there are no drivers available. We drove to collect our order. When we got home and indulged, the rolls were stale, the corn had an offish smell, the peri wedges were so hard and the meat was not well cooked. Called again to notify them and surprisingly they delivered our order again and the food was still in the same condition as the first initial order. Why are you serving us rotten and stale food? Your employees must also fix their attitudes and stop phoning us with their personal numbers instead of the restaurant number. Do they know anything about POPIA Act? Unfortunately we won't let this rest

One thing about this Nandos, you will request for a quarter leg meal and they will give you a chicken breast and a wing ???????? It’s the 3rd time now… tsek it’s in the bin now, I don’t eat that!

They mixed up our food but either than that the service was good.
