They didn't have cheese available which made me hesitant to order anything since I specifically wanted a burger with cheese, despite that mishap my colleagues loved the assistance they got

The place was very busy and packed on the day I went. It is also very small with three establishment in the same Concord. But the service at Milky lane was super with the lady being g very friendly and understanding after we changed our order 3 times because my younger sister was undecided what she want.

We actually went to Fishaways. Lot's of take away customers and only two people on duty. We left after an half an hour. Previous customers dishes still on table. without any luck.

Yesterday we went to Steers in Village Street, and we ordered a Rave burger and a Rib Burger, i asked them 2x to please NOT put garnish on the Rib burger. When we got home the Rib burger had garnish on, (they didn't listen !!)
They had a small order to make only 2 burgers, nothing else... and they couldn't even get that right. Maybe they should start paying attention to what the customers want.
